Introduction

It contains the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") governing your access to and use of the Myhiree website and the Services (as each are defined below) provided by Myhiree. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or you do not meet or comply with their provisions, you may not use the Myhiree website or its services. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of January 1, 2022.

Use of Website Content

The user of the Myhiree website represents that he/she is not a minor and is not under any legal or other disability which limits his/her ability to comply with these Terms

Myhiree offers neither guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume is put on display.

Myhiree neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials of the prospective employer/organization which down loads the information and uses it to contact the prospective employee / visitor / user / subscriber.

Myhiree would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, and particulars supplied by Employers due to reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond Myhiree's reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.

Myhiree reserves its right to reject any insertion or information / data provided by the Employer without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details.

Myhiree has the right to make all such modifications / editing of resume in order to fit the resume in its resume database.

Your Account

In order to use all the features of the website, you need to create an Account with Myhiree website. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account credentials secured. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although we will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorised use of your account, you may be liable for our losses or losses of others due to such unauthorised use. All information collected through Accounts or otherwise through the Services are collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Restrictions

You are not allowed to resale the Myhiree products / services to other parties in any circumstances.

Personal Information

On registration with Myhiree you agree to allow your resume for all Employers registered with Myhiree and you may be contacted by Employers via email, telephone (even though you may have registered with NDNC). If you wish to modify this setting and make yourself non-searchable, you may reset this in the Privacy Setting section of your resume. We recommend that you read the privacy settings carefully and Myhiree will not be held responsible for contacts / mails received by you.

Receive job alerts (mails detailing jobs that match your profile as entered on Myhiree.com) via email. You may remove yourself from the job alert email database by resetting this option in the Privacy Setting section of your resume

Receive promotional mailers / special offers. You may remove yourself from the promotional mailer email database by resetting this option on the Privacy Setting section of your resume.

Prohibited Usage of Website

The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him / her on the website.

Sharing Website Access with Others

At any time you should not share your account access with anyone

User / Jobseeker Termination Policy

We may terminate a Jobseeker access to the Service if found violating this agreement. We reserve the right to decide whether Content violates these agreements for any reason, including copyright infringement, Spam, Scam, Unprofessional Behavior, etc. We may at any time, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, remove such Content and/or terminate a Jobseeker account for sending/posting such material in violation of these agreements.

Confidentiality

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and passwords. You shall be responsible for all uses of your Web Site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You. You are not authorized to share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and breach of this obligation may tantamount to disabling your account and other Services. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your Account, and passwords.

Employers

Employers – Applicable Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your employer account, Profile and passwords, as applicable. You may not share Your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and You shall be responsible for all uses of Your “Myhiree” Site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify “Myhiree” of any unauthorized use of Your employer account, Profile, or passwords.

Employers are solely responsible for their postings on Myhiree website. Myhiree is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to Your use of any Myhiree Site and Myhiree shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on any Myhiree website.

You understand and acknowledge that if You cancel Your employer account or Your employer account is terminated, all Your account information from Myhiree, including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Myhiree's databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Myhiree’s web servers.

In order to protect our Myhiree Community Users from commercial advertising or solicitation, Myhiree reserves the right to restrict the number of e-mails which an employer may send to Users to a number which Myhiree deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Candidate profiles derived from User Content may also be made available through the Sites. Myhiree does not make any representations regarding the accuracy or validity of such derived works or their appropriateness for evaluation by employers. Derived profiles may vary significantly from User Content.

Job Postings - Applicable Terms

Job postings Restrictions and may not contain:

Multi-level marketing and its opportunities

Business opportunities

Personal advertisements

Any scheme, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship, or sales representative agency arrangement

Business opportunity that requires an upfront or periodic payment or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents

Request the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts, including, without limitation, reproductive services such as egg donation and surrogacy

Endorsing an particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue or promote a particular religion

Advertising sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature

Resume Database – Applicable Terms

You shall use the Myhiree Resume Database as provided in these Terms and in any contract You have with Myhiree. You shall use the Myhiree Resume Database in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, and You agree You shall not further disclose any of the data from Myhiree Resume Database to any third party, unless You are an authorized recruitment agency, staffing agency, advertising or other agency or using the resume explicitly for employment purposes.

You shall take appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect the data You have obtained from Myhiree Resume Database from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. You shall not share Resume Database seat-based license login credentials with any other party, nor share Resume Database pay-per-view license login credentials with any party.

Resume Database shall not be used:

for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to advertising promotions, products, or services to any resume holders;

to make unsolicited phone calls or faxes or send unsolicited mail, email, or newsletters to resume holders or to contact any individual unless they have agreed to be contacted (where consent is required or, if express consent is not required, who has not informed you that they do not want to be contacted); or

To source candidates or to contact job seekers or resume holders in regards to career fairs and business opportunities prohibited by these Terms of Use.

In order to ensure a safe and effective experience for all of our customers, Myhiree reserves the right to limit the amount of data (including resume views) that may be accessed by You in any given time period. These limits may be amended in Myhiree’s sole discretion from time to time.

SPAM Policy

The use and access to Myhiree Resume database is subject to this policy. The services provided to you are aimed at providing staffing & recruitment solutions and should be restricted to contacting suitable candidates for genuine jobs in existence.

Mailing practices such as transmitting marketing and promotional mailers / Offensive messages / messages with misleading subject lines in order to intentionally obfuscate the original message, are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate services, without prior notice, to the originator of Spam. No refund shall be admissible under such circumstances if paid for these services.

Following is an illustrative (not exhaustive) list of the kinds of messages which can be classified as spam:

Messages related to political / religion / personal abuse / radical / Demanding Money etc Unsolicited Bulk Messages / Unsolicited Commercial Communications.

Voice Calls / SMS to telephone numbers registered on the National Consumer Preference Register.

Non Job related mails.

Messages with misleading subject lines.

Blank Messages

Extra ordinary High Number of mails.

Mails soliciting payments.

Misleading / Fraudulent mails.

Myhiree advise all users to change their passwords frequently in order to reduce the possibility of misuse of their accounts.

Employer Termination Policy

We may terminate a Employer access to the Service if found violating this agreement.
